Spiritual Direction
We all need a person who can be supportive, kind, honest and present in the ups and downs of life. Your spirit is the part of you that is stable, pure and whole, even when you do not feel that way and even in times of conflict, stress, grief or shame.
Spiritual direction, sometimes called Spiritual Companionship, is a unique kind of mentoring. It is an exploration into what has meaning and purpose for you, where you feel stuck and how to feel more at ease. A spiritual director walks with and supports individuals on a journey of spiritual growth and awakening.
Together, we patiently explore life’s challenges and joys, using discussion, practical tools & ancient wisdom/teachings. The goal is to feel better, more supported and more connected, with yourself & your place in the world.

There is no need to have a specific faith background to work with a spiritual mentor.
Fees:
Sliding scale:
$60-$80 per hour for support sessions.
You choose what you are able to afford.

No one is turned away due to financial need.
Regular meetings will help with more consistent progress.

Just like an occasional massage helps us feel better, we all often need present moment support – so Individual “as needed” sessions are encouraged too :)
